§ Mr. Monro:I am aware that there is some difficulty at present over the placing of mentally handicapped pupils from the county in special schools and hospitals. Provision is the responsibility of the education authority and the regional hospital board which keep it under review and which will, I am sure, overcome these temporary difficulties as soon as possible.
