§ Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, since Part E of the Building Regulations is only concerned so far as fire precautions are involved with safety of occupants and not with protection of the investment itself against fire, he will consider making special requirements for maximum protection against destruction by fire in the case of new industrial buildings qualifying for government financial support.
