§ Mr. Parkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will give a breakdown of the figure of 1.14 per cent. of gross national product representing Great Britain's total flow of resources in overseas aid last year into categories of private and Government assistance and that which is in the form of non-returnable grants, and that which is in the form of investment, loans, and so forth.
