§ Mr. ChannonMy right hon. Friend does not at present propose to introduce special legislation about the dumping of toxic wastes in Northern Ireland since it has been possible for Government and local authority officials to identify the limited number of firms concerned and advise them about proper disposal arrangements. He will, however, keep the position under review.
