§ Mr. ChannonThe proposals for this area set out in the Second Review of the Hospital Plan for Northern Ireland 1970–75 are being implemented. My right hon. Friend is considering the future structure of the hospital and health service in Northern Ireland in the context of the reorganisation of local government.
