§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Wales what is his policy in regard to the provision of vasectomy operations in Welsh hospitals by the National Health Service in order to protect the health of patients or patients' wives.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasVasectomy may be performed under the National Health Service in the interests of the health of either the patient or his wife.
