§ Mr. Pendryasked the Secretary of State for Employment, in view of the Medical Research Council's decision to reject the recommendations of the Commission on Industrial Relations Report No. 12, if he will advise the Medical Research Council to think again in this matter.
§ Mr. BryanImplementation of a recommendation of the C.I.R. is a matter for the parties concerned. The M.R.C. has accepted the C.I.R.'s recommendations except in regard to non-clinical scientific staff.
At the request of the Association of Supervisory, Technical and Managerial Staffs my conciliation officers are discussing this point with the Association and the M.R.C.
