asked Her Majesty's Government:

  1. (1) How many telephone lines were connected to the Daventry Telephone Exchange on December 15, 1970.
  2. (2) How many applications for a telephone service in Daventry were waiting to be fulfilled on December 16, 1970.
  3. (3) How many additional telephone lines have been ordered to be installed at the Daventry Telephone Exchange.
  4. (4) The date on which that order was placed.
  5. (5) The date on which they expect the additional lines to be available.
  6. (6) The number of applicants it is anticipated will by then be waiting for a telephone service in Daventry.
