VISCOUNT ADDISON

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether all the members comprising the Tribunal hearing the appeal of Rudi Dutschke against deportation, heard all the evidence, and, if not, why not.

THE MINISTER OF STATE, HOME OFFICE (LORD WINDLESHAM)

I am informed by the President of the Immigration Appeals Tribunal that all five members of the Tribunal who sat to hear Mr. Dutschke's appeal, which was against the refusal of an application for an extension of stay for studies, heard the whole of the evidence.
