§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will initiate discussions with the various manufacturers concerned with the production and supply of stationary auto-tutors on a simulator basis to see to what extent these can be supplied to his Department and to road driving test departments to assist in testing laerner drivers before going on to the roads, thus reducing hazards to all road users.
