§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Social Services if he will institute an investigation into how and why, and on whose authority details of the dentures of Mr. Ronald Biggs were published in the Press and on television, in view of the fact that these records are confidential except to coroners' officers or the police to identify dead bodies, or by agreement with the practitioner and Patient concerned.
