Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will take urgent action to assist a 77-year-old woman, of whose identity he has been informed, who lives in a one-bedroom flat with her 43-year-old son, lately released after many years in Rampton and other institutions, and who, being herself deaf and unwell, has difficulty in keeping him under the constant supervision needed to prevent him from assaulting young children.
