§ Sir K. JosephThe Regional Hospital Board's main reasons are that a single district general hospital would optimise the use of skilled staff and expensive equipment; and that the Bradford Royal Infirmary and Lynfield Mount sites are well situated with buildings in good condition and could be more easily, quickly and cheaply developed than the alternative site at St. Luke's Hospital and Horton Green.
