§ Mr. Dudley SmithProjections of the total working population are prepared periodically by the Department of Employment in collaboration with other Government Departments. The most recent was published in the March, 1969, issue of theEmployment and Productivity Gazette which contains a description of the methods used. Work is at present in progress on a new projection which will be published later this year.
