I think it right to await the Committee's final report, which will be prepared in the light of the comments it receives, before considering legislation.
§ Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has yet received the interim report of the departmental committee on the adoption of children, and whether he will make a statement on its recommendations.
