§ Mr. Graham PageThese effects of urban motorways are the subject of progressive examination, the study of them is applied to specific projects and the research upon them is continuous. In particular, the Urban Motorways Committee is making good progress in its special study of what changes in powers, policies and procedure might be helpful in fitting major roads into urban areas.
