§ Sir J. EdenUnder the Local Employment Acts, nine advance factories were announced between 1960 and 1964 inclusive; of these, two were completed during this period and seven subsequently. Between 1965 and 1969, 40 were announced, of which 29 were completed in the same period, seven have been completed this year and four remain to be completed.
