§ Mr. AlisonExemption is available where a patient is physically disabled 67W to the extent that he is unable to leave his residence except with the help of another person; or on grounds of age or low income. The prepayment certificate is designed to help those patients who are not entitled to exemption but require frequent prescriptions.
