Rhys Williamsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what he estimates will be the contributions in 1982 of an employee earning the national average wage under the terms of the National Superannuation and Social Insurance Bill, assuming trends in the economy continue at the same rate as in the financial year 1970–71.
