§ Mr. Dan Jonesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will consider giving greater publicity to the Inclosure Act, 1854 and the Landlord and Tenant Act, 1927 so that those who are bound by law to collect ground rents can be informed of the means of securing redemption from their release therefrom; and if he will consider introducing amending legislation to enable release to be obtained even if some in a given section refuse to seek redemption.
