Bromley-Davenportasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has considered the document, a copy of which is in his possession, issued to Members of Parliament by the Militant Trade Union Committee inciting sedition and urging the Police Force and the Army to support the revolutionary action they propose; and whether he 266W will refer this to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
