§ Mr. Freeson:The estimated timelag from start to completion in Great Britain, 65W at the end of March this year, was 16.9 months for public sector dwellings and 13.4 months for private dwellings. At the end of March, 1964, the lags were estimated to be 15.3 and 9.8 months, respectively.
