§ Mr. Onslowasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what has been the average proportional increase in earnings since 1964 of workers who were earnings £500, £750, £1,250 and £1,500 per annum in the base year; and what change in real net income this represents in the case, in each instance, of a married man with two children under 11 years of age.
