Mr. Roebuck

asked the Minister of Technology what progress has been made with his discussions into the possibility of using the Professional and Executive Register of the Department of Employment and Productivity to inform Britons working in the United States of America about employment opportunities in the United Kingdom.

As indicated in the answer I gave to my hon. Friend's Question on 23rd February, modified arrangements for 1970–71 are under discussion with M.S.L. The possibility of subsequently using the Professional and Executive Register of the Department of Employment and Productivity is still of interest but a decision on this will not need to be taken for some time.—[Vol. 796, c.220–1.]
