Mr. Faulds

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will instruct the British Embassy in South Africa to send observers to the trial of 10 members of the South-West African Peoples Organisation taking place under the Terrorism Act in the Transvaal.

As far as we know, no trial such as that described in the Question, is at present taking place.
