Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the population of, and the number of persons in employment in, the Tayside Economic Planning Region at the time of publication of Command Paper No. 2864, at the time of the commissioning of the Tayside Planning Study, and at the latest date for which figures are available.
