§ 43. Mr. Christopher Wardasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what steps he has taken to implement the provisions of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968.
§ Mr. CrossmanAll the provisions of the Act except Sections 13 and 45 are now in force. I propose to make an Order bringing Section 45 into force on 1st September.
