§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will obtain a report from the chief constable on how many drivers in Carlisle, Cumberland and Westmorland, respectively, have been asked to take the breathalyser test, how many refused, how many were found positive, how many were found negative, and how these figures compare with those for other comparable areas.
