§ 88. Sir D. Footasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to a notice issued to householders, pursuant to Section 82 of the General Rate Act 1967, requiring them to state whether central heating is installed in their houses, and, if so, to state the type of such heating; if he will state precisely what forms of heating are intended to be counted; and, in particular, whether night-storage heaters count as central heating.
