asked the Minister of Transport what is the current annual turnover, profit and return on capital employed of British Railway Workshops; what percentage of turnover is for work outside British Railways; and how much for export.

I would ask the hon. Member to await publication of the British Railways Board's annual report and accounts for 1969, which is expected in early June and will be laid before the House.
