asked the President of the Board of Trade what negotiations he has had with foreign countries for overflying rights of Concorde to the Far East.

None. International overflying rights do not differentiate between particular types of civil aircraft. Control, on a non-discriminatory basis, of supersonic flying lies with each State overflown.
