Friend is aware from the detailed discussion which I had with him recently when he was accompanied by a delegation from the factory, concerted efforts are now being made by all Departments concerned to bring to the notice of any possible industrial user details of the facilities and skilled labour force which will be available at Alexandria when torpedo production comes to an end.
