Mr. Raymond Fletcherasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will defer the enforcement of the No. 1 (Marlpool Farm Estate) Smoke Control Order 1963, due to come into force on 15th April, 1970, in view of the information contained in correspondence forwarded to him by the hon. Member for Ilkeston.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonMy right hon. Friend is prepared to consent to the coming into operation of this Order being deferred for a further twelve months.
