§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) whether he will appoint Mr. Len Daly, the General Secretary of the National Union of Mineworkers, as the Chairman of the National Coal Board;
(2) whether he will appoint Mr. Will Paynter as the next Chairman of the National Coal Board.
