asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many complaints he has received under the Trade Descriptions Act about delay on the part of mail order companies in delivering goods which have been paid for.

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will introduce legislation in regard to the operation of mail order firms in order to prevent long periods of delay in the delivery of goods after receiving payments from customers.
