For those young people too disturbed to live at home or in residential hostels, hospital care will be needed. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Services announced to the House on 11th November that an extra 267W £110 million would be allocated over the next four years to vulnerable sectors of the National Health Service, including services for the mentally ill and mentally handicapped.
