§ Mr. Anthony StodartIt was announced at the 1970 Annual Review that the Small Farm (Business Management) Scheme would not be renewed when it expired on the 31st August, 1970. My right hon. Friend agrees with that decision and has no intention at present of introducing a similar Scheme.
