Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many offences involving the possession or taking of drugs were brought before courts in Scotland in 1969 in the most recent 100W annual period for which figures are available; how many of these offences related to persons under 21 years of age; and what were the comparable figures in each of the previous five years.
