asked the Prime Minister what communications he has sent to the Presidents of Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya concerning trade and investment between the United Kingdom and those countries.

As my hon. Friend will appreciate I cannot give details of confidential communications between Heads of Commonwealth Governments, but we are in close touch with these Governments in trade and investment matters.
