§ Mr. TaverneUnder Departmental instructions, P.A.Y.E. documents, including forms P8 and P10, should not be issued where there are no known employees. If the hon. Member has in mind any case where these forms appear to have been issued unnecessarily or incompletely and will let me have details of it, I shall be glad to have enquiries made.
