§ Mr. FowlerSteady progress is being made in the implementation of the Institute's programme which has been formulated after discussion with the Agricultural Research Council's Advisory Committee on Meat Research. The first Annual Report of the Institute will be published in the next few weeks and I will have a copy sent to the hon. Member.
