§ Mr. RossMy Department operates eight fishery protection vessels, with a complement of 159 officers and men, around the coasts of Scotland. Plans for improvement must await the report of the Committee under the Chairmanship of the hon. Lord Cameron which is reviewing the law regarding fishing in Scottish coastal waters and its enforcement.
