§ Mr. Andersonasked the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has for seeking to draw on the expertise of persons working within the University of Wales, and other appropriate non-official persons, when he begins discussions about the future form of local government in the Principality.
§ Mr. George ThomasMy proposals will be open to comment by everyone interested in them. I shall welcome any observations which university staff and other non-official persons may wish to make.
