§ Mr. George ThomasThe Compulsory Purchase Order for the final Usk to Coldra section of the new Midlands road was made in September. Negotiations are taking place for the issue of a faculty in respect of Church in Wales land. Subject to the authorisation being made, I still expect the road to be completed in 1972.
