asked the Minister of Technology what plans he has to bring in new industry to the Sedgefield Rural District Council area.

Mr. Varley

The Department continues to bring to the attention of industry the advantages of locating in the development areas. Negotiations are at present going on which could lead to two new manufacturing projects coming to Sedgefield rural district.
