§ Mr. Archerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will introduce legislation to amend the Public Health Act, 1936, so as to enable an abatement notice in respect of noise nuisance to be served after the noise has ceased if there are reasonable grounds for believing that it is likely to recur.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonMy hon. Friend will be glad to know that the Public Health (Recurring Nuisances) Act which came into force on the 25th July, 1969 effects the change he has in mind.
