Bromley-Davenportasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, in view of the fact that some of the organisations concerned with the draft Control of Advertisement Regulations 1969 are unable to submit their comments as requested by him before 21st July on the Regulations circulated on 18th June, whether he will extend the date for the submission of these comments.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonThere has already been the fullest opportunity for comments on the heads of the new regulations. There was then a second consultation on the actual text and four weeks was considered adequate for views to be expressed on this since nearly all the points covered had been fully discussed earlier.
