HC Deb 24 July 1969 vol 787 cc455-6W
Q7. Mr. Driberg

asked the Prime Minister if Her Majesty's Government are represented on the official United States inquiry into the recent removal and destruction of an aircraft from Mildenhall; and if. in view of the danger to British people thus caused, he will seek to co-ordinate a study of the implications of this incident by the Secretary of State for Defence and the Minister of Technology, with particular reference to the anti-radar device with which this aircraft was equipped and the method by which it was destroyed.

The Prime Minister

I have nothing to add to what I said in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Renée Short) on 8th July and to what my hon. Friend the Minister of Defence for Equipment said in the debate on 12th June.—[Vol. 786, c. 1160–61; Vol. 784, c. 2077–80.]
