§ 76. Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Transport whether he will take steps to end the traffic chaos at Chequers Corner, Dagenham, by the early construction of a flyover.
§ Mr. MarshWe have no present proposal to construct a flyover at this junction.
The pedestrian subway system now under construction is expected to improve traffic conditions there. Discussions are in progress with a view to introducing a traffic management scheme further to reduce delays.
