§ Mr. Peter Walkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will take steps to avoid the delays in the commencement of building work upon land for which planning permission has been granted as a result of building not being able to commence until notice has been served on the Land Commission under Section 38 of the Land Commission Act.
